Disappointing
4.0There are not many accommodation options close to the cable car/monorail area; this accommodation was close and affordable. The bathroom is spacious and practical. There was a fridge, kettle and hair-drier available. Our “Ondol” room was a cheaper option, and it suited our purposes.
− When we booked our accommodation, there was a swimming pool advertised at the hotel, but on our arrival we were informed that the pool was closed (no customer warning) and there was no fixed date when the pool would be open. When checking in, the staff advised us of the hotel shuttle-bus, of the public bus, and taxi from Jecheon transport options, but they failed to give advice regarding a tourist taxi service that we finally ended up arranging. The breakfast that we saw advertised did not look nice, especially for the price. The free shuttle-bus between the hotel and Jecheon station has very limited time intervals, so we ended up paying for our own taxi. The shuttle-bus we caught coming in to the hotel had limited space for luggage, and the driver was not very helpful at making space for the luggage. The ondol beds were not at all comfortable.

− - Sehr heruntergekommene Möblierung - Alte Einrichtungen: Fitnessraum gefühlt 30 Jahre alt - Der Pool war geschlossen. Ein Hinweisschild wies lediglich darauf hin, dass man am Empfang zwecks Öffnungszeiten nachfragen solle. Bei der Buchung des Zimmers war die Schließung nicht ersichtlich. - Dünne Wände: Beim Fernsehen musste uns eine Nachbarin auf die Lautstärke hinweisen... - Preis/Leistung enttäuscht
