7.0El Enclave genial, un Hotel familiar con encanto, la cama cómoda, y buena calidad/precio.
− Se sale el agua de la ducha y el porta rollos de papel está en una zona muy incómoda para coger papel.

7.0La situación del hotel. El personal ha sido muy amable.
− El baño de la habitación era muy pequeño, tanto que una persona obesa no podría sentarse en el WC, y me pareció escaso el gel de ducha ya que solo había 2 sobrecitos por persona y no daba para una ducha completa. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho tuvimos que ponerlo a 16 grados para que enfriara la habitación se nota que están ya viejos. La iluminación de la habitación era muy escasa también .

− The fact that the hotel was in fact 'closed', (due to family accident)we were not notified prior to arrival. Had we been then alternative arrangements could have been made. As we stayed for 1 night (2 night booking) a refund was agreed.
