10.0V apartmánu je příjemný chládek. Při teplotách do 30 stupňů není nutné uvnitř pouštět klimatizaci. V domě se dobře spí, v okolí je klid. Kuchyně je výborně vybavena. Celková čistota apartmánu je také na vysoké úrovni.
