8.0Lovely comfortable room that was nicely decorated. We ate an evening meal that was good and reasonably priced. It was perfect for what we needed. The staff were friendly especially at the bar and we didn't wait too long for anything.
− The bed was a little uncomfortable. But I guess that's a personal preference. And breakfast was a little over done in our full English which was a shame.
We decided that there was no way that we would sleep in that room, so obtained a refund and left.
1.0There was absolutely nothing to like about this inn.
− The following ..... The room was filthy, thick with dust and looking very past it's best. Badly in need of redecoration. Bathroom door would not shut, Refreshment tray had not been refilled, Tv would not work as there was no aerial lead attached. The furniture in the room was peeling paint and the trim was falling off. We decided that if this was the standard practiced by the owners, then the kitchen would be the same - filthy, so we did not eat there. Honestly, find somewhere else to stay, avoid at all costs.
