6.01.自助入住 入住兩天中都沒有看到民宿相關人員 樓層房客室內拖鞋混用 沒有指定的櫃子對應單獨客房 2.客房照片修光與細節 與實際房況期待稍有落差 3.一樣的價位 可能有更好選擇的住宿點 不過是寵物友善 有其需求的或許能考慮
地理位置方便
8.0民宿位置方便，附近有便利商店也有蠻多知名餐廳，離市區也很近！不過以一晚$4000無附早餐的價格來說CP值不高，硬體設備普通、裝潢也一般，建議毛巾及浴巾可以更換了，看起來已經使用蠻久的。

8.0Has a good location, is a small B&B recently renovated or built. One thing we didn't like is that we can hear everything from other rooms. The rooms are not sound proof.

2.0民宿業者代訂機車的服務立意雖好，但不管是什麼原因，是否都應該協助你的客戶確認好全部的預約安排？畢竟那也都是雙方在消費者行前花時間事先溝通好的！只為了之後能讓行程順利。 行前先跟民宿業者確認好拿車時間，入住當天8：00也再度跟民宿業者確認拿車時間，民宿業者都承諾沒有問題！ 待約定好的拿車時間到，除了沒有車可取，民宿業者也無事先告知，而是讓消費者自行跟民宿業者追蹤？雖然租車合約是從開始租車到還車來計算，但這並不是你可以合理"打亂"消費者行程的理由吧！
