− It was small and I did not like there no staff around in the building and the door got locked at night.

− Lack of staff. Took over an hour to find staff member to give me my key. Then saw no one at all in morning

− No staff on duty, curtains hanging off or missing. Bed bugs or something on chairs, bites all over arms.
