Tutto benissimo, appartamenti puliti e vivibili, personale alla reception gentile e disponibile, piscina super. Nessun rumore molesto come invece può capitare stando più vicino al centro del paese.

− Magari disporre di qualche prodotto per la pulizia in più non sarebbe male (detersivo per piatti, detergente-sgrassatore, una spugnetta da cucina..).

Un piacevole soggiorno immersi nel verde.

La struttura è immersa nel verde, tranquilla e piacevole, con tanti spazi e servizi per rilassarsi e trascorrere il tempo, come piscina, ping-pong, bocce e beach volley. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la posizione: tranquilla e immersa nel verde, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro e le spiagge della zona. Tutti i proprietari sono stati molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ci ha fatto particolarmente piacere conoscere la signora che si occupa del bar, con la quale si è creato fin da subito un bellissimo rapporto.

− Nell’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato abbiamo riscontrato alcuni aspetti da migliorare, senza sapere se le stesse condizioni riguardino anche le altre sistemazioni. Gli arredi risultavano piuttosto datati, dagli scurini entrava la luce poiché non si chiudevano, il bagno era privo di bidet e alcuni dettagli, come i filtri dei rubinetti, avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. La pulizia superficiale era stata sicuramente effettuata, ma sarebbe necessaria maggiore attenzione anche negli spazi meno visibili. Spostando il letto e guardando nella parte superiore della doccia abbiamo trovato ragnatele e insetti che sembravano presenti da diverso tempo. Essendo la struttura immersa nel verde, è assolutamente normale trovare qualche insetto, ma una pulizia più approfondita e periodica eviterebbe questo tipo di accumuli. La strada per raggiungere l’alloggio è inoltre piuttosto stretta e richiede un po’ di attenzione, anche se si tratta di una caratteristica abbastanza comune delle strade dell’Isola d’Elba.

− Colazione inclusa nel prezzo non particolarmente ricca e fissa. Posto pulito all'arrivo ma assenza di pulizie giornaliere Senza macchina non è comodo raggiungere il mare. Strada per andare e tornare a doppio senso ma molto stretta e molto ripida: trovarsi in due contemporanamente richiede capacità di guida adeguate

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und bietet eine wunderschöne Anlage mit einem Pool und herrlichem Blick auf Capoliveri. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, in der man morgens gemütlich frühstücken kann. Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Außerdem gibt es einen Volleyballplatz, einen Grillplatz und viele weitere Möglichkeiten, die Anlage zu genießen. Capoliveri ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar, und die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
