10.0All staff are really kind and supportive, there is someone available 24/7 and it truly makes the difference. Everyone from the receptionist Josefa from the check in, Angel and the cleaning lady (that I forgot to ask her name 🥲) all of them was very nice and friendly. It was my second time in a hostel, so the cleanliness and organization surprised me in a good way and I definitely enjoyed the experience and will be doing it more often.

10.0Great walkable distance to everything but not right in the middle of all the noise, the room was really clean, the AC was amazing, shower was so comfortable, and bed was really nice as well. So many activities provided, and there was breakfast (churros). The staff were all so incredibly kind and welcoming. Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in.

5.0Good location. Very friendly staff.
− My stay was good. However one negative aspect was that some guests in my room were engaging in inappropriate behavior (having sex on bunk bed) which disturbed others throughout the night. I believe management should establish and enforce clear rules to prevent this and maintain a respectful environment for all guests.
