10.0The water park was amazing and never too busy to be enjoyable The staff were always helpful. We had a couple things needing repair in our room, but nothing that hindered the stay or wasnt addressed by staff.
− The stairs. Being on the top floor with toddlers and lots of bags with out a lift
Staff were very courteous. Provided us with lots of coffee

− Bathroom floors need deep cleaning. They were sticky Parking was sparse Broken window in main area. Couldn’t open windows.
