Facilidad de recogia de llaves mediante código, el pueblo muy acogedor y la plada donde están los bares muy bonita.

− Utensilios de cocina sucios, no había papel de WC, producto para lavar platos, aceite, sal y de más elementos de cocina. La cocina estaba bastante pegajosa de suciedad. No se nos avisó que el día anterior se les rompió una mesa de vidrio en la terraza de la piscina, por lo tanto resultaba un poco peligroso si no íbamos con zapatos. El dueño vino a cortar el césped y a limpiar la terraza desde las 16.30-17.30 de la tarde con sus hijos y los niños se bañaron. El día siguiente el dueño volvió a acceder a la vivienda.

The villa was clean and tidy. The rooms were a good size (except for the kitchen). The (unheated) pool was nice. Showers were hot and powerful.

− The villa was a nightmare to find. We had to call the 24 hour Homerti emergency line to help us find the villa as there were no directions given from the airport, road numbers or names. Once Homerti confirmed we were on the right road, we found multiple villas called "S'Alqueria" on the same road. We later realised that this translated into "farmhouse" of which there were many. Simply giving GPS coordinates, which Google Maps doesn't understand, is not acceptable. Homerti should provide directions from the airport with road numbers, photos of the front gate, and state that the villa is "S'Alqueria 6-9". Providing the location through "What 3 Words" would also have been very useful to locate the villa. The "Welcome pack" was not welcoming at all. It just contained the wifi code, and information about communal rubbish bins. The bin information was totally inaccurate for the villa as the nearby town of Campanet doesn't have communal bins. Fortunately the pool man offered to take our rubbish away. The villa could be made more welcoming through providing a minimum of milk, bread, cheese, coffee (especially as we only found the villa after midnight due to flight delays), but there wasn't even any salt or pepper, cooking oil, or anything in the food cupboards. We even had to buy our own cloths and sponges to wash the dishes. The "Welcome pack" should provide information such as locations of nearby supermarkets, places of interest, places to eat, how the TV works, how to use the hob (we had to contact Homerti who sent the owner round), and so much more. The villa was "tired" and could benefit from money spent on things like new towels, some pool towels, more mugs, etc. Be prepared to be woken up by the neighbour's cockerel too ... 3.30am was his favourite time!

Very clean and well equipped, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, great value, showers good pressure with plenty of hot water. It's not a luxury place but suited the family very well.
