4.0staff was nice and helped clean up the bugs
− although staff helped us, it did not solve the root cause of the problem . there was a big gap between the door and the floor, allowing so mah sandflies to enter our room. at one point there was 20 sandflies in our room. the room was also of a subpar condition, although the price was very reasonable, the towels were yellow and the place was full of dead bugs. the place was in a bad condition that we had to move hotel, we moved to a hotel of a way better condition at a more affordable price. we hope more can be done to upkeep the rooms.
