10.0Very nice room with comfortable bed, and location is right near a metro station, but also very close walking distance to Roma Termini station. Rosa and Umberto are attentive hosts - very easily contactable via WhatsApp. Luggage storage after check was also amazing and simple!

7.0The location is excellent. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and it’s not far from the Colosseum.
− Great location, but the room cleanliness needs improvement. There was a noticeable buildup of dust that seemed to have been left uncleaned for a long time. Guests with dust allergies or sensitivities should be cautious and consider checking the cleaning condition with the host before booking.
