9.0Sehr schöne, ruhige, wassernahe Lage. Mehrere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Insel hat uns wieder voll abgeholt mit der Wohnung mussten wir leben.
5.0Die Lage ist sehr schön👍
− Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß und müsste mal erneuert werden wie zum Beispiel der verrostete Heizkörper im Bad.Oder die Küchenstühle nicht mal vier gleiche. Und dann haben wir den voll zerfledderten Strandkorb.In allen zusammen ist der Preis dafür zu hoch.
Eine schöne FeWo in guter Lage
9.0Lage und Einrichtung der FeWo haben uns gut gefallen. Raumgestaltung und Sauberkeit prima. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Terrasse mit Ausblick aufs Wasser. Umgebung im Wohnviertel schön mit Rasen und Sträuchern. Gaststätten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gern wieder.
− Gardinen an den Fenstern oder Tagessichtschutz wäre gut. Fahrräder überdacht und geschützt abstellen wäre gut.
