Everytging was excellent. They even noticed some of the loose leaf tea we had on the counter, and brought us a tea pot without us asking for it. Very thoughtful!

If you want something normal and ordinary, than it would be the wrong place to stay. Hotel has unique, unforgettable Saint-Petersburg character. Location is outstanding as it is 10 minutes to get everywhere; however, around hotel is very quite and no traffic. Staff speaks excellent English and it was pleasure to deal with them. Rooms
