A localização é excelente.

− O piso do quarto coletivo misto e seu banheiro estavam bastante sujos. Uma limpeza básica com vassoura e pano já melhoraria muito.

Sempre havia café preto. Os banheiros foram limpos todos os dias. Lugar organizado. Uma boa cozinha.

Tudo! Cama confortável, cortininha para ter privacidade, local para deixar a mochila no quarto, banheiro amplo, áreas comuns excelentes! E sem falar da localização, no coração da Lagoa!
