Hôtel très bien placé et accueillant mais, nous y avons trouvé des punaises de lit !
5.0Cet hôtel est idéalement situé. En effet, il est à quelques pas d'un supermarché, des commerces mais, aussi de la plage. Le personnel de l'établissement est, particulièrement, accueillant et agréable ! De plus, il reste à notre disposition pour toutes informations ou encore demandes éventuelles.
− Cependant, notre séjour a été gâché dès notre arrivée par la présence de punaises de lit, au sein de notre chambre. Une telle situation n'est pas, vraiment, acceptable dans un établissement hôtelier. Malgré cela, nous remercions le personnel d'entretien pour avoir réaliser un traitement à la vapeur, afin d'éradiquer ces punaises de lit. Cela a permit d'en éliminer une bonne partie, étant donné que nous n'en avons vu qu'une seule, à la suite de ce nettoyage. Néanmoins, nous avons passé le reste du séjour avec la crainte constante de nouvelles piqûres et de rapporter des punaises de lit chez nous. Cet incident a profondément entaché notre expérience et n'est pas cohérent avec les qualités de l'hôtel.
