Charmant, mooi en enorm gastvrij. Wel enigszins verouderd maar we komen graag terug
9.0Prachtig art deco gebouw, onze kamer leek een balzaal uit het rijke verleden
Prachtig hotel op een uitstekende locatie, maar verwaarloosd. Niet aan te raden!
3.0Prachtig historisch gebouw op een goede locatie om Battambang te bezoeken. Het hotel heeft veel potentieel met een ruim zwembad, restaurant, karaktervolle ruimtes/kamers. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
− Wat ooit een prachtig hotel was, is sindsdien verwaarloosd. We hadden slechte matrassen, de bril van het toilet was stuk, kapotte zetel. De airconditioning werkte wel, maar de kamer koelde pas in combinatie met een fan anders was de koeling onvoldoende. Het zwembad werd niet gereinigd, bladeren bleven liggen en rotten op de bodem. Het restaurant die ooit geroemd was om z'n Franse keuken, is nu vuil. Vroeger kon je er antieke artefacten kopen en historische tekeningen/foto's, nu heeft dit plaats gemaakt voor rijstwijn en souvenirs die ook op de markt te vinden zijn. Wij hadden twee kamers geboekt voor ons gezin en na 1 nacht zijn we naar de familiekamer verhuisd omwille van het slechte bed. Van het restaurant hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. Het ontbijt was goed. Een duur hotel die z'n prijs niet waard meer is...

Traditional villa stay with amazing ambiance
8.0Lovely villa and pool, some areas a little dusty. Friendly staff but not too helpful, my travel tickets were not delivered as promised. Easy location and great breakfast
