Staff were wonderful and good location. This is a Disney style with a lot of pink. Please note if you have scent allergies as it’s quite perfumed

Phenomenal, clean, and spacious accommodations. Friendly and professional multi-lingual staff. The breakfast spread is amazing: yogurt, fresh fruit, sandwiches, cold cuts, cheese, and pastries. They made coffee (espresso, latte and cappucino) on the spot.

The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast. The staff were really helpful and carried our bags to our room as there is no lift. The hotel is a walkable distance to the old town in Lucca. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The staff is amazing!!! The decor is fun. Traffic a bit loud on the one side of the hotel but ear plugs are provided.
