Rip Off! Dirty!
2.0A secondary reason I chose The Red Stone Inn was that it looked cute and had character. The guy at check out was nice, but ultimately not helpful.
− The main reason I chose Red Stone Inn was that it had a cute hot tub and was pet friendly. I had a long drive with children that day, and had been looking forward to a soak. At check in, I was hit with a nearly $40 add on for my 2 10 lb Chihuahuas (I know now to check for fees on the property's websites) and then informed their hot tub was broken. When I mildly expressed disappointment, the front desk lady got surly said she could help--not by waiving the dog fee or anything that would actually have helped--but by canceling our reservation! I was tired and didn't want to start over finding lodging, so I stayed but $140 for one night at an old motel with no hot tub in this particular town was a complete rip off! Further, my son found a white powder we never identified on one of his pillows right before we went to bed. We will NEVER return to Red Stone Inn and I advise no one else to, either. Horrible customer service and dirty, old rooms.

9.0Nagyon jó helyen van, csendes környék, megfizethető, kedves személyzet, felszereltsége is kiváló.
− A légkondi sajnos annyira hangos még alacsony fokozaton is, hogy éjjelre muszáj kikapcsolni, viszont így nagyon felmelegedett a szoba.
