Cool place to stay but not super comfortable. A good summer stay when you’ll be out and about a lot.
6.0The property was nicely decorated and had a trendy feel. It’s close to the beach and the kitchen was very well equipped. Hosts provided quite a lot of the basics e.g. tea, coffee, herbs and spices etc which was really helpful.
− It wasn’t particularly comfortable. Style over substance a bit. Fine for a short stay but not great if you’re there for a while and want to all sit and watch tv in the evening for example. The shower is over the bath and there’s no slip mat which was challenging for an older relative we were travelling with. The outside area was very dirty - empty bottles and cigarette ends everywhere. I think it had probably been overlooked in the handover clean as the rest of the house was clean and tidy.
Great house but a little care in the garden would have made it a 10
