Wer keine großen Ansprüche hat für den ist es eine günstige Unterkunft.
5.0− Das Badezimmer war sehr klein .Der Einstieg zur Dusche sehr hoch.

8.0− Ich habe am Abend vor der Abreise eine Nachricht des Betreibers erhalten, dass ich ohne Aufschub den vereinbarten Preis für die Übernachtung auf dessen Konto zu zahlen hätte. Ich habe darauf geantwortet, dass der Betrag von Booking.com bereits auf dem angegebenen Kreditkartenkonto abgebucht worden ist. Darauf erhielt ich als seine Antwort die gleiche E-Mail wie zuvor. Ich fand dieses Verhalten unangemessen bzw. unverschämt. Der Zusatz im Schreiben "sofern nicht bereits beglichen" könnte hier hilfreich sein. Vielleicht möchten Sie Herrn Schäfers diesbezüglich kontaktieren.

8.0Sehr ruhige Lage am Waldrand; großes Zimmer; unkomplizierter Check-in, wobei es ca. 20 Sekunden dauerte, bis nach PIN-Eingabe der Zimmerschlüssel freigegeben wurde (Geduld!); Innenbereich u. Zimmer waren sauber; gute Betten.
− Außenbereich ungepflegt; "Geisterhaus"-Atmosphäre aufgrund fehlenden Personals u. weiterer Gäste; keine Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit; keine Frühstücksoption; Kaffeebecher für den Kaffeeautomaten waren etwas zu klein.
