The staff was excellent. Very accomodating and hospitable. Kids enjoy the swimming pool.

− Location is a little far and quite difficult to find especially when you rely on MAPS, it will lead you to wrong road. It has small path going to the place; you have to park your vehicle on a road side and walk several meters of unpaved path. To be fair, most hotel and facility in elnido have no or limited parking space.
