− Staff overslept my arrival though I’d paid for a whole day in advance. My ceiling was leaking and I couldn’t sleep all night The sofa was extremely hard, all my bed and blankets were wet. I had to put a pot on my bed. Staff offered only a free transfer to the airport, but I didn’t even need it. Towels in the room were burned The floor was dirty. I used to love this hotel, but this is devastating

Außergewöhnlicher Ort. Historische Burg, weswegen man auch nicht jeden Komfort erwarten sollte. Dafür gibt es sensationelle Ausblicke auf Tiflis und ganz viel Charme. Wir waren mit zwei kleineren Kindern da. Auch ihnen hat es super gefallen.
