I had horrible experience . You can find much better villa in Santa Teresa
− Was bugs all over and theirs is no windows and no AC downstairs. The Villa is not like the picture at all.

The place is simply wonderful. The ocean view is breathtaking. Surrounded by nature and immersed in the forest, it is truly a magical place.
− Well, the property does not have a key-lock at the back. The back doors facing the pool are not locked, which took away my peace of mind. I know the area well, and I am aware that this "open-door" approach is not safe. On the last night, a raccoon made our early morning unbearable. It opened the door multiple times (six times in total), keeping me on high alert throughout the night. I was unable to sleep—it was a disaster. This could be easily fixed by installing a couple of simple locks on those doors. Additionally, the lock on the second bedroom does not work, which also made me feel uneasy. I believe this is a minor issue that can be easily resolved, and I do not understand how it has been left unaddressed.

The property is located on the hill. Very calm and beautiful! You can see amazing sunsets from there! It‘s an open house so the fronts can‘t be closed - but we never had any problems with that and also no animal visitors ;)

In consideration of construction finishing up near the property, for some this may affect the level of comfort of your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
