10.0The hotel is massive! Not many people were there when we stayed, which was towards the end of the ski season. The staff were very helpful and very used to using Google translate. We asked to stay for an extra night, and this was no problem. Loved the jets in the onsen, great for massaging tired legs and back. Breakfasts were plentiful, but not much variety. We had a buffet dinner one night, then drove into the neighbouring town about 20 minutes away for dinner. The road up to the accommodation was a bit steep in sections with one 180 degrees corner. There was no snow on the road, so we were able to drive right up to the accommodation.
− The facilities and carpets are a bit dated and tired now. Nothing wrong with this, particularly given everything is clean and tidy. Just an observation.

− ゲレンデに1番近いであろうエントランスロビーのトイレが狭くフックもなかったのでスキーウェアを着て利用するには窮屈だった。

6.0Mir war nicht bewusst, dass es ein Ski Hotel ist. Man muss das Hotel telefonisch kontaktieren, um vom Parkplatz zum Hotel gebracht zu werden.
− Das Bett war leider nicht bequem; die Federn waren deutlich zu spüren und die Decke war sehr dünn, ich hab etwas gefroren.

10.0場所がスキー場内なのがすごく良かった リフトの前にあるのでナイトスキーもギリギリまで滑れた スタッフの方の対応も親切だった
− リフト券をホテルで受け取れる仕組みがあれば、より良いと思う
