1.0Je suis arrivé à l'établissement et à rien qui correspond sur ce qui est sur le site. Pas de parking c'est un parking public en sachant que moi je pars en vacances j'ai mon bagage pas toilettes et sur la l'annonce indiquait les toilettes et la douche il n'y a rien quoi qui correspond. Moi, j'exige que vous me remboursez mon argent, j'ai pas dormi dans l'établissement, je suis dormi dans ma voiture, avec mes enfants. Un bébé de 6 mois et un enfants de 4 ans. Moi, je ressens l'arnaque. C'est pas normal. Moi, je vais l'afficher l'attablissement partout sur des réseaux sociaux
− Il n'y a rien qui correspond sur le site. Rien. Ni les douches ni le lit. L'établissement elle-même est les salles-moi je peux pas faire dormir mes deux bébés dans ce tablissement. Pas de parking c'est un parking public c'est pas normal

− Mi experiencia en el Hotel Zuiza fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, nos enseñaron una habitación en muy malas condiciones, el servicio compartido oliendo a pis, caca, gente que se hospedada no muy confiable, con actividades muy sospechosas, posiblemente peligrosas, cuando mostramos nuestro descontento, nos dijeron que si queríamos una habitación en otro piso “diferente” teníamos que pagar un suplemento. La segunda habitación tampoco estaba a la altura de lo esperado: el mobiliario estaba viejo, deteriorado y daba una sensación de abandono. Considero que la relación calidad-precio no es adecuada y que las instalaciones necesitan una mejora importante. No volvería a alojarme aquí ni lo recomendaría. Espero que tomen en cuenta estas críticas para mejorar el trato a los clientes y el estado de las habitaciones.

1.0awfull place, I could not stay more then 3 sec in the room. if you can say this was a room. like 10 years someone was smoking there non stop. the room is not like on photo. feeling that someone die there. on the 5 th floore ,shut down wood old window. stop lie to people, this rooms were use for other pleasure service.
