very close to soo many things, i was able to walk around all day and do so much.

− 1. The welcome mat at the front door is threadbare and not so welcoming. The shopping trolley at the front porch also gives a weird vibe and the lack of plants and dirty outdoor furniture at the entry point is less than inviting. 2. Stepping into the house there is an odour and not being able to open the windows doesn't help as you have to have the doors open to allow fresh air in but then making the house cold. 3. I've been to many Airbnb's and all of them have at least a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk available for guests especially those arriving late at night who would appreciate a coffee first thing in the morning. Here was none of that. 4. Some of the mismatched crockery had chips on it and felt sticky with marks on it prompting me to put everything through the dishwasher as I questioned the cleanliness.  5. Searching for a dishcloth to wipe down surfaces (none to be found) allowed me to see mouse droppings in the kitchen cupboard and drawers... 6. There was no hand soap in the toilet or bathroom - I found a closed soap bar in the linen cupboard and opened that for us to use. There was only 1 hand towel so either the toilet or the bathroom couldn't have one. 7. The sofa's faux leather is also coming away and looks pretty shabby. Photos available. All and all we preferred to spend as little time here as possible and I will never recommend this to any of my friends in it's current state. It certainly doesn't present as a haven.

Close proximity to midland gate. Clear instructions from hosts. Gated entry Easy check in and check out

− Front security door does not lock. Bedside lamp in main bedroom not working.

Lovely apartment. 2nd time i have chosen it. Would stay again.

Conveniently located and comfortable. Secure area. Easy parking. Small enough to be affordable yet big enough for my family to have space. Gorgeous little outdoor area, great for alfresco dinners. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with appliances and conveniences. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

− The fridge hadn't been wiped out and the flyscreen door lock didnt work.
