The property was incredible! The room was nice a cozy after the heater was turned on, husband and I were excited to see all the Kangaroos as we arrived! Bed was super comfortable.

− เราเข้าที่พักในช่วงเย็น ประมาณ 6pm แต่เป็น winter ท้องฟ้ามึดมาก จึงเข้าผิดห้องที่ทาง Guesthouse แจ้งไว้ (แจ้งไว้ No. 5 แต่เราเข้าห้อง No. 4 ที่อยู่ติดกัน) ซึ่งเราไม่ทราบเนื่องจากไม่มีการเปิดไฟหน้าห้อง/ในห้อง และบริเวณโดยรอบมืดหมดปิด จากนั้น เราเข้าห้องน้ำ ก่อนออกไปทานข้าวเย็น ปรากฏว่า เลื่อนเปิดประตูห้องน้ำแล้ว ประตูตกจากราง ไม่สามารถปิดประตูได้ ซึ่งเราพยายามแก้ไขโดยปีนขึ้นไปเพื่อขยับแต่ไม่ได้ผล เราไม่ได้ติดต่อผู้ดูแล เพราะเห็นว่าค่ำแล้ว จากนั้น เราออกไปทานข้าวเย็น ระหว่างทานเข้าเย็น นึกได้ว่า ห้องที่จองไว้นั้น ไม่ใช่ห้องที่เข้าไป เพราะไม่เหมือนกันทีเดียว จึงตรวจดูกุญแจห้องที่ถือติดมา พบว่า เราเข้าผิดห้อง จึงมีการย้ายของออกเข้าไปห้องใหม่ จากนั้นสักพัก มีผู้ชายจีนคนหนึ่ง อ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าของ เดินมาเคาะประตูอย่างดังและไม่มีมารยาท พร้อมต่อว่าว่าเราเข้าห้องพักทำให้ประตูห้องน้ำที่พึ่งซ่อมเมื่อเช้าเสียอีก และเขาต้องจ้างคนมาทำความสะอาดห้องเพิ่ม ซึ่งท่าทาง คำพูด หน้าตา แย่สุดๆ ซึ่งเราให้ข้อมูลเขาว่า เรามองไม่เห็น เพราะไม่มีไฟส่วนกลางหรือหน้าห้องพักเปิดไว้เลย ดูแต่ตามรูปที่ส่งมาทางอีเมล์ และเราเข้าแค่ห้องน้ำ ยังไม่ได้เข้าพัก และประตูก็เสียเมื่อเราเปิดครั้งแรก แต่ผู้ชายคนนั้น ไม่สนใจและแสดงความไม่พอใจอย่างมากทั้งท่าทาง น้ำเสียง ... ทำให้เราคิดว่า เดินทางมาหลายที่ หลายประเทศไม่เคยพบ เจ้าของที่พักที่เป็นคนแย่ขนาดนี้เลย และคิดว่า กลับมาจะมา comment ความจริงให้กับนักเดินทางรับทราบ เพื่อเจ้าของที่พักจะได้ปรับปรุงตัวเอง เพราะการให้เช่าห้องพัก ไม่ใช่เป็นเรื่องสถานที่อย่างเดียว แต่หลักๆ คืองานบริการด้วย แต่พฤติกรรมที่แสดงออก เหมือนนักเลงมากกว่า

View was great, pleasant enough but not sure I’d stay again!

The view was amazing and the beds were comfortable

− The tv didn’t work, ( couldn’t watch footy on tv) it was very chilly without curtains drawn and the curtains they did have were too short length wise, there was hair in the spa bath, the common room had no heating and there was no wood for the wood fire, and no window coverings, hence the common room was very very cold!
