1.0The On-sight Management cancelled my reservation when I informed him that I didn't have the $200 cash safety deposit on hand, which cost me the ENTIRE AMOUNT of my reservation I had booked for that night, & paid for in advance, because this Facility DOESN'T OFFER FREE CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING (even if it's THE OYO MANAGEMENT, not YOU, who cancels YOUR reservation without your consent or knowledge)
− That it took 3 days before I received an email stating that I wasn't being refunded my money, even after going through the multiple channels I had to, to report the theft from OYO & request my refund.
