Frustado com o ar condicionado, que não condiz em nada com o resto da pousada.

A localização é excelente, próxima a tudo na cidade. As áreas comuns da pousada são bem bonitas, embora um cuidado maior seja necessário nos arredores da piscina. Havia uma conbertura próxima como um monte de coisa entulhada, desorganizadas.

− As instalações dos quartos são boas, porém as fotos do anúncio poderiam ser mais precisas para não ter quebra de expectativa. Embora as áreas comuns da pousada sejam bem bonitas e agradáveis, um cuidado maior é necessário nos arredores da piscina. Havia uma convertura próxima como um monte de coisa entulhada. Devido a ausência de forro ou isolamento acústico adequado, tive um imenso problema para dormir devido ao barulho do ar condicionado. Reclamei e a recepção gentilmente me mudou de quarto, mas o novo quarto tinha tb uma máquina velha e tão barulhenta quanto ao quarto anterior. Isso arruinou meu descnaso e o prazer da estadia! No check-out a administração me ofereceu crédito de 1 dia de estadia para compensar a frustração. O mais adequado seria reembolsar 1 dia. pois não considerou a hipótese do hóspede não querer arriscar passar pelo mesmo incomodo novamente.
