5.0− För hårda sängar för oss. Det blev väldigt fort dammigt i rummet.
Bästa frukosten
8.0Bästa frukosten på mycket länge. Verkligen mycket att välja mellan. Underbart kaffe dvs inte en kaffemaskin. Högsta betyg till frukosten! Parkerade nere vid färjan till Ven. Närapå gratis och bara en kort promenad till hotellet. Spa och gym finns men inget vi använde.
− En tavla eller två hade gjort rummet trevligare. Dålig oskarp bild på tv:n. Likaså ljudet. Fyra-fem tv kanaler. Inte mer. Så tv:n fick underkänt. Dyrt pris för rummet när vi bodde där en fredagskväll men kanske fullbokat även om man inte upplevde det så till frukost.

− Bra sängar men kuddar dåliga Saknar en kaffe hörna där man kan ta sig en kopp på em pulverkaffe på rummet kan kvitta. Dyr parkering med dålig elbilsladdning. Duchen har bara en glasvägg så man kan inte stänga om sig öppet rakt ut så man får ducha försiktigt annars blir allt blött på wc.

9.0Läget var fint och frukosten var bra. Den receptionist som tog emot oss var super duktig.
− Incheckningen var katastrof då vi kom 14:50 och vårt inklusive flera andras rum ej var färdigstädade. Fick vänta till 16:10 innan rummen var klara. Verkligen synd om receptionisten som bemötte alla som inte fick sina rum på ett verkligen professionellt sätt och gjorde allt hon kunde trots att hon var ensam i receptionen.
