Outstanding Resort, but the Concierge Service Needs Significant Improvement

The hotel has an excellent infrastructure, with modern, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean facilities. The common areas are spacious, beautiful, and provide a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The restaurants are another highlight, offering a wide variety of options with consistently high-quality food. Overall, Grand Palladium Select delivers an outstanding resort experience, combining beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and a high standard of comfort
− The biggest disappointment was the concierge service, which fell well below the standard expected from a resort of this category. Throughout our stay, there were multiple mistakes with restaurant reservations. On some occasions, the concierge booked a different restaurant than the one we requested, while on others the reservation was made for the wrong number of guests. As a result, when we arrived for dinner, only part of our group had a reservation, making it impossible for everyone to dine together.
Beyond the booking errors, the service lacked attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping guests. There was little sense of ownership in resolving issues, and the overall experience reflected a lack of courtesy and proactivity. Considering the otherwise excellent quality of the resort, the concierge service was by far the weakest aspect of our stay and an area that requires significant improvement.
Excellent Resort, but the Check-in Experience Needs Better Guest Guidance

The resort offers excellent infrastructure, with spacious, modern, and well-maintained facilities. There is a great variety of pools, relaxation areas, and entertainment options, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The culinary experience is one of the hotel's greatest strengths, with a wide selection of restaurants representing different cuisines, all offering high-quality ingredients, careful presentation, and consistently excellent service. The overall quality of the resort makes it a destination worth recommending
− Although the check-in process itself was quick, it lacked the essential information guests need to fully enjoy the resort. We were not informed about basic operational details such as breakfast hours, resort services, or-most importantly- the requirement to make advance reservations for the à la carte restaurants.
We had just arrived from another resort where restaurant reservations were not required, so we naturally assumed the same applied here. Because this crucial information was never mentioned during check-in, we missed the opportunity to make reservations in advance, resulting in limited availability and unnecessary inconvenience during our stay.
A more informative, welcoming, and guest-oriented check-in would have prevented these issues entirely and significantly improved our overall experience. For a resort of this level, the arrival experience should ensure that guests receive all the key information needed to make the most of their stay.

A nota atual do booking para esse hotel é um erro. Hotel de luxo. Quartos extremamente confortáveis, bonitos, limpos, bem Decorados. Toalhas abundantes, funcionários educados. All inclusive perfeito! A praia é ótima e fica sem sargaço. Os bares tem muitas opções de bebida disponíveis. O restaurante principal, que não precisa de reserva, é ótimo e tem de tudo… de sushi a hambúrguer, massas feitas na hora, churrasco (apesar de não ser o brasileiro rs), balas fini a disposição, máquina de sorvete a vontade, etc.
Deveria ser mais caro, inclusive. Nível altíssimo! E já ficamos em alguns hotéis all inclusive diferentes em Cancún.
