Staff were nice and friendly. Hotel was in a great location. Hotel was nice overall.

− Pool water green !!!! Pulmonary hypertension..(pH)... That was part of the booking a room
We didn’t stay. We checked out because of how bad of an experience we had.
1.0Location.
− I did not like how disgusting the rooms were. So disgusting that we checked out and did not stay. Stains on sheets, hair in the bed and bed bugs.
Front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful.
10.0Plenty of parking
− Extremely difficult to find. If it had been dark I never would have found it. It’s stuck back in an alley on a side road, off a congested highway. There needs to be some signage or something. I didn’t leave my room for a meal for fear of never finding my way back to the hotel - I bought a frozen pizza for the room microwave.
