7.0Location is excellent for all sights, waterbus, restaurants, bars etc. The host was warm and friendly and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was of a high standard.
− The room was really hot even with a fan. We assumed air conditioning was included in the price but this was in fact an additional charge. This is noted in the Booking.com apartment's list of facilities but isn't mentioned in the general description which is what most people initially read. The mistake was totally ours as we didn't check this thoroughly enough and as we only had a 2 night stay we made do with the fan. Including the a/c cost in the price would have made more sense for the summer months and we would have happily paid for this up front.
