The balcony is very dirty. The bathroom definitely has lots moldy spots where there is supposed to be silicone. There is silicone but really on top of mold. Inside the bedrooms are relatively clean but it is very hot in the summer with no AC and no fans. You are at the mercy of wind going through the apartment. I can see that they are trying to be a nice and clean, but they need to work on the bathroom and balcony areas. The staff are nice people.

Cheep and dirty apartment.

This is a furnished apartement. The owner has 3-4 apartement in the building. There is no reciption or service. No cleaning facility. I was not comfortable to stay, but I have paid for the stay in advance. The good thing is that we did our laundry and there is a mall in a walking distance.
