10.0A beautiful and incredibly good value place to stay! Both the air conditioning and hot water work perfectly. You can find pretty much things you need in the room, from kitchenware and various seasonings even toys for kids. The host is very warm and friendly! If I come back to Hobart in future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Rosehaven Cottage! It had everything we needed, plus more, which made for a really comfortable stay. We really appreciated having the second lounge room so that my mother and father in law were able to have their own space of an evening. It was very kid friendly also!
