Ficamos uma semana sozinhos hospedados na Estância Ribeirão Grande, o tratamento é espetacular, limpo, organizado, funcionários no geral são educados, sabem atender, conversar, as tratativas eficientes, a gerente várias vezes nos procurou para ver se faltava algo. Alimentação excelente, sempre procurando atender nossos pedidos,substituindo o que não conseguia a altura. Garçons e garçonetes, muito educados, gentis e simpáticos, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Recreadores simpáticos , ótimos ouvintes , solicitando nossa volta. Acreditamos que essa foi um momento inusitado em nossas vidas, ficar sozinhos nesse paraíso foi um presente, com certeza desejamos voltar em breve... Apesar do hotel passar por reforma, não atrapalhou em nada, pois os ambientes sempre estavam bem higienizados. Pessoal da limpeza, está de parabéns, muito pró -ativo. Cozinha desse lugar espetacular, comidas com um tempero maravilhoso, chefes de cozinha sempre presentes pedindo opinião preocupados com melhoria. Foram Dias maravilhosos, obrigada pelo carinho e cuidado conosco, Jussara e Luiz

− Como experiência vividas em outros hotéis, nunca nos cobraram a permanência dos nossos pets, em um dos hotéis que tivemos foi valor simbólico, visto que trazemos tudo para o bem estar dos mesmos. Acredito que precisam melhorar nesse quesito, pois o valor cobrado é significativo. Muitas pessoas podem optar por lugares próximos devido à taxa. Adequação se faz necessária ser revista. Trouxemos 2 pets e pagamos quase quatrocentos reais...
