Property was okay. The owners changed my property at the last min.. so I actually can’t even rate the property in question. They claimed it was a step up but it was smaller than envisioned. What make me very angry was due to the weather I had flight delays (5 time changes) which lead me to arrive the next day around 12 midnight (so basically lost a day). While I told the property manager I had an issue with getting my family traveling (which was for my dad funeral) to their destination, she seemed to constantly contact me all night and throughout the stay; calling me all sorts of names asking me to pay my bill for extra people. I find them very heartless and annoying. Family came to see me and the security person was so rude. Definitely not a place I will stay ever again. FYI I’m sure they don’t even care about this review as it was mentioned any review is good for business. Goes to show what you will deal with if you stay here.

Close to all the carnival action. Professional staff and the apartment was exactly as it appeared online. Recommended

Beautiful Apartment

The place is awesome. It is as advertised. My wife and I are British expats living in Jamaica and rented this place for a month so we could be close to the hospital as my father-in-law was having some medical complications. The apartment is clean, stylish, and it is in a great location. Plenty of entertainment that is close by, three very nice grocery stores near by, and if you don't like to cook, pretty much all of Kingston's top restaurants are within ten minutes. I would highly recommend trying Usain Bolt restaurant.. The water is hot, the electricity stays on, the internet is fast, and the air conditioning units are ferocious. Those little units froze the room in no time. The space is functional and secure with a provided parking spot. My wife and I felt safe here the whole time. Caara & Kevin are great host, and I cannot speak enough to how flexible they were with us. We put them through the ringer with our last minute changes, and they were great to work with. If you have any concerns or requests I am sure they can make it work, if they could make everything work with us.
