10.0Location was great for walking to Colonial Williamsburg. The homemade breakfasts were the highlight of the trip for my child :) Tom and Sue were lovely hosts. The room was meticulously clean.
Hosts were so nice and knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

1.0− We booked through bookings.com and never saw the rooms were up a big staircase. My guanacos is disabled so after an all day drive to get there we couldn’t stay and had to pay or deposit, plus find a room elsewhere.
