2.0Came into our room and our AC did not work. I go up to the front desk and ask for someone to check it out and he said there will be someone later that will come through. No one came at all and it was 95 degrees outside with no AC. Then i went up the next day and asked once again and he comes down to our room and says he turned it on and it was never turned on at all. Most useless workers Ive ever seen in my life especially after asking twice. I would not book here in the middle of the summer because your AC might not work!

2.0Un “hostal que te cobra (8) OCHO EUROS por guardar la maleta de equipaje por 1 hora. El check-out es a las 11 y quisimos bajar a tomar una café, comprendiendo la hora de salida lo hicimos correcto y salimos; cuando quisimos dejar la maleta se nos cobro (8) OCHO EUROS. Y como último detalle NO dan factura de esto y solo debe ser en efectivo. El robo se cuenta solo.
