10.0Our American Cruise Line cruise utilizes the AC Hotel for their client on-shore accommodations. The hotel is very nice and our room was ideally configured for a couple living out of their suitcases for a couple nights. Special shoutout to Gabe, our shuttle driver who could not have been more helpful. Supremely knowledgeable, Gabe was able to steer us to local attractions based on his personal experience which took the risk out of us picking a place and hoping for the best. Gabe was a real asset.
Pricey for the room with parking lot “city” view
6.0Nice staff but room was less than I expected for $600+ per night (3 night stay was $2200). Could hear talking through walls Bathroom was clean
I don’t recommend
4.0Do not stay here. There are plenty of better choices in Portland. The bathroom was full of hair. It was too late for us to change rooms.
