8.0Das Hotel ist super. Die Lobby, das Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr toll. Das Zimmer selber war einfach gehalten, die Matratze überfällig und die Lautstärke am frühen Morgen ( Straßenbetrieb )erzeugte die zeitige Teilnahme am Frühstücksbuffet. Dennoch ein herzliches Dankeschön für 4 wunderschöne Tage im geliebten Harz !

7.0Das Frühstück war Spitze und hat alles herausgerissen was mir nicht gefallen hat.
− Das Zimmer war abgewohnt,in der Bettmulde bin ich kaum in den Schlaf gekommen und das Bad war mir nicht hell genug ausgeleuchtet.
Excellent value for money - if the location suits.
9.0Food was excellent and half board good value. Staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is on the main road out of town but there's a bus stop outside so ideal for my plans. The pool is a good size and there is a very good sauna area. The hotel looks rather prefab-like from outside but inside is nice. Dog and child friendly.
− Rooms on the forest side are very gloomy because the hotel squeezes between road and wood. Road side might have been better - traffic didn't seem bad. The mattress was a bit tired for my taste and you had to get out of bed to turn the room light off. Being picky there :)
Hotel an sich schön, Zimmer absolutes No-Go.
5.0Das Personal war sehr nett. Eingangsbereich und Restaurant waren modern und sehr ansprechend/einladend eingerichtet.
− Das Zimmer! 70er Jahre Bad und Zimmer - nur die Einrichtungsgegenstände waren modern. Das ist auf den Fotos der Unterkunft nicht erkennbar. Ich war wirklich schockiert als ich ins Zimmer kam. Zudem ließ sich das Fenster nicht schließen. Das Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstraße und somit sehr laut.
