GREAT LOCATION AND SERVICES
10.0Insadong is a great area to stay in... less "touristy" and lots of very local food experiences. A great vibe. Hotel is perfectly located close to transport.
Great location
8.0The location in Insadong was great. Shops, restaurants and everything you needed just outside the hotel. We walked most places we wanted to go as it was easier than getting the train most of the time. The room was functional and clean though small. We didn’t use the onsen/spa but lots of the other guests did.
− The bed was one of the hardest I have ever slept in and the room was very small even though we expected it to be. It was fine for 3 nights and we were hardly in the room.
Good to know
Complementary toothbrush, shaver, hair cap, hair brush and shower towel will be suspended from 2023 May 1st. Guest can purchase these items from hotel.
