Bon emplacement au calme dans un quartier sympathique, appartement décevant et peu agréable.
5.0L’emplacement pour découvrir Rome est parfait avec le métro à côté. Un petit supermarché pour faire des courses, un quartier calme et sympa , le lit est confortable.
− Le confort est minimal alors qu’il ne manque pas grand chose pour que l’appartement soit agréable… un bon rafraîchissement des peintures, meubles de cuisine abîmés, pas de torchon ni manique, une minuscule casserole et deux poêles fichues, une douche partagée avec l’eau qui ne s’évacue pas ( l’eau remonte des tuyaux…pour une douche partagée c’est très moyen!..)

Gute Lage, küche mit Vorsicht
7.0Lage ist prima, neben einem Park mit Spielplatz, nahe der Linie A Ubahn und Bus funktioniert auch gut. Shoppingzentrum direkt daneben. Klimaanlage war super. Das Zimmer ist quasi ein WG zimmer. Wir hatten Doppelbett und Stockbett mit eigenem Bad, das allgemeine Bad ist direkt hinter unserm Bad gewesen. Entsprechend bekommt man jedes duschen oder nächtliche klogehen mit.
− Klopapier war etwas knapp, die Leiter des Stockbetts war nur an einer Stelle festgeschraubt. Die Küche ist zur allgemeinen nutzung und leider wurden unsere Lebensmittel daraus gestohlen.... da weiß man natürlich nie wer gerade da ist.

10.0Camere accoglienti e pulite.mi e"piaciuto molto il disinfettante nel bagno comune il posto e'comodo la strada e' tranquilla ,intorno ci sono tanti negozi e la metro comodissima.
