Perfect location in Ponta do Sol.near Beach view. Beautiful seal view from the Apartment. Host Katiuska was caring and provided with all the information. It was very accessible to Funchal with just 25 mins drive. I would strongly recommend this property. Thanks Katiuska for all the support extended to us.

I want to thank the house owner for the care. The owner met us and accommodated our arrival after 8:00 PM. She was very polite and kind, answered all our questions, recommended great places, and told us about traditional food and fruits. We were also welcomed with a gift of local treats and wine, for which we are very grateful. The house exactly matches the photos. The kitchen has everything for cooking, including a dishwasher. There is also a grill area included in the price. The view from the bedroom of the ocean and waterfall is incredible. The private pool is clean, and there are many bathrooms.

− The first time it might be hard to find the entrance. The neighbors were doing renovations, but there were no loud works.

It's a very nice house, with big rooms and a lot of bathrooms :D Even tho it's big, it feels private. The location was great for us. Terrace with pool, barbique and beautiful view was the best part. I must say, host was very kind and helpful. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.
