Vue extraordinaire. Personnel serviable....Yanis est adorable. Confort et amenagement 5 étoiles. Lits larges et confortables.

− Il faut préciser que les appartements du niveau supérieur ont la porte qui donne sur la route principale ce qui est bruyant. Heureusement nous avons pu etre déménagé au niveaux inférieurs qui sont tres calmes. C'est un peu le problème de l'ile avec ses résidences en bord de route...faut bien choisir.

Emplacement et vie incroyable, grand duplex magnifique, lits confortables, piscine au top, spa au top …

− Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais il faut une voiture pour y aller car c’est vraiment loin.

Izuzetno lep prostor na fantastičnoj lokaciji pored mora, sa.pogledom na Horu i gradić Pera Gialos. Velika terasa na krovu i još jedna manja su zaista lepe za ispijanje kafe ili vina. Imali.smo uglavnom sve što nam.je bilo potrebno. Vlasnilk, koji je divan čovek i odmah nam je rešio sitan problem sa internetom, je ujedno i vlasnik verovatno najboljeg Grčkog restorana na ostrvu, tako da smo uživali i tome.

Disappointing stay

Very good location, with beautiful views of Chora and the castle. A supermarket and pastry shop a few meters away. We arrived early in the morning and the room was available to check in. The cleaning lady was very polite, kind and cleaned everything with care.

− The apartment was not properly prepared to have visitors. We had several issues such as: 1. The oven was not working. We called the owner and told us we had to set the clock for the oven to work. Apparently, every time the key was removed from the socket (which would switch of the electric circuit from most of the house) the clock would get unset. That is, every time we returned to the apartment we had to set the oven clock. 2. First time we got the oven working, the electric safety switch went off. We called the owner and he said this was because of the humidity. Next morning he called us while we were out to tell us that he sent someone to fix it. 3. During our stay there was a storm with strong winds and rain. Again, all of the sudden the electric safety switch went off leaving us in the dark. I called again to report it and the host told me to go to the electric panel and start switching on the individual fuses until I find the problematic one. So I did, in the end we had electricity except a couple of sockets that were off. 4. What was worse is something for which I had specifically asked to be functional, as my son enjoys it a lot, the jacuzzi. When I checked it I found out that the temperature of the water would not rise and there would be no bubbles. I told the owner and the answer was that some guests damaged the jacuzzi last summer and that for the resistors and the motor to be fixed it would require a couple of months. In the end I was very disappointed by our choice to visit Astypalea that time. It was a big mistake to go there off season. Perhaps in the summer we wouldn't have those issues, however the room was available to be booked on Booking, it was not on discount, and I had specifically asked for the jacuzzi to be operational and the owner had assured me that it would. It was very disappointing that he would just find excuses for everything and never took seriously that he had paid to receive a specific level of service that he did not...

The location of the property was amazing, the view was priceless. There was an error with our booking and we needed an extra night and we were accommodated, which was greatly appreciated. The property was poorly maintained and not very clean. The rooms are not serviced. We were able to ask for what we needed, towels, extra linen. We were able to clean our room and the floor ourselves when required. Overall we had a great stay and the room accommodated our family of four.
