10.0Staff was super friendly. They took us to the ski gear rental shop and back again to return the stuff. Their English was ok, enough to explain what buses to take, recommend pistes, etc. We even received a small gift when leaving. I recommend reserving the 3 meal course.

8.0Staff were the best . Extremely helpful . Food was great traditional Japanese. Recommended for families after a quiet location close to some great ski locations.

6.0Good location as near natural beauty. Just from hotel you can walk to Shiga Kogen. Onsen is also inside the hotel to relax.
