2.0I camera mancavano sia asciugamani che phone (nonostante che al momento della prenotazione glielo avessimo chiesto). Sono dovuta andare due volte in reception a chiederli prima di averli. Alle 3 di notte volevo fare una doccia ma l'acqua era fredda. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni: il boiler è spento, lo riaccendiamo domattina, mi dispiace". Poi davanti a me "lo accendono" (anche se a questo punto ho dei dubbi) e mi dicono che dovrebbe esserci l'acqua calda. Ovviamente non è così. Risultato. doccia GELATA con febbre a 39 annessa il giorno seguente. Grazie infinite e A MAI PIU'.
