滞在が旅の目的となる快適な宿
10.0宿泊自体が目的になることを初めて気づかせて貰えた気がします。想定を超えた気落ち良さがありました。部屋の大きさ、大きいのに密度もある隙のなさ、窓からの眺望。広々としたお風呂、広いのに清潔感が行き届いたお風呂、露天風呂。快適で満足度の高い個室での夕食。全て申し分がない。ここでの宿泊はそれ自体を目的とした旅行が成り立つぐらいに満足でした。
総合的に良かったと思います。
8.0総合的に良かったと思います。 でも歯ブラシは最悪だった。最低ランクの安物歯ブラシ。せめて最低限磨ける歯ブラシを用意しておいて欲しい。 あとご飯は美味しかった。 種類もそれなりにあり不満はない。 温泉も大きい方だと思います。

10.0小学生2人、乳児1名を連れての宿泊でしたが、部屋、食事、温泉、すべてが期待以上でした。また群馬に行く事があれば利用させてもらいたいです。 しいて改善点をあげるのであれば、枕が高い&硬いという事と、お料理提供時にバッシングまでして頂けたらを完璧だと思います。 ありがとうございました！
大きくこぎれいで程よいサービス
10.0大きな旅館だがこぎれい。サービスも過剰でなく程よいので快適でリラックスできた。部屋は驚くほど広かった。喫煙可能とあったが空気清浄機せいかタバコの匂いは全くなかった。夕食の味は標準的、量や品数は十分以上。アワビあり。朝食のビュッフェは食べ切れないほどの種類で充実。活気もあり楽しい。ただしコーヒーだけは要改善。 風呂も広くきれいで快適。熱すぎないので長く入れる。ただ男湯は近隣から見えている気がして気になった。総合的にいい宿だと言える。

8.0スタッフの対応が良かったです。 一階にある大浴場と露天風呂の段差が80歳の両親にとって危なく感じました。
