6.0Klima-Anlage und kleiner Balkon. Und schöne Gegend
− Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als ich in den Fotos auf Booking gesehen habe, als das aller kleinste Hotelzimmer was ich je bisher sah eigentlich. Und housekeeping hatte ohne unseren Bettlaken zu tauschen, direkt die Decke drauf gedeckt. Das Bett war wirklich dreckig mit Haaren und Chipsstücken. Und als ich entsetzt, aber vorsichtig das mit der Rezeption geteilt habe, haben sie uns trotz unserer Mühe, insgesamt 3 Stunden warten lassen, bis sie das Bett wieder erfrischen konnten. Und keine richtige Entschuldigung, keine Sorge von der Hotelseite... In dem Zimmer waren viele Dinge schon längst reparaturbedürftig, hat aber offensichtlich keine sich darum gekümmert. Ich hatte mir vor, das hoch empfohlene Frühstück zu probieren, aber nach dem ich das Bett gesehen habe, wollte ich von deren Küche nichts ausprobieren. Ich kann verstehen, dass man von einem günstigen Hotel nicht zu viel erwarten darf, aber die Sauberkeit und ehrliche Kommunikation über die Zimmergröße, kann man schon erwarten.

− - nie otrzymaliśmy tego pokoju, który zarezerwowaliśmy - problem z klimatyzacją (nie była w stanie schłodzić pokoju przez 12 godzin do temperatury normalnego funkcjonowania w pokoju) - brak możliwości korzystania z biurka (wnęka na nogi zajęta przez lodówkę) - bardzo głośna praca lodówki i częste włączanie agregatu - nie wygodne łóżka - brudno - w kabinie prysznicowej i w bidecie włosy, tony kurzu na wieszakach na ręczniki - bardzo ciężko działająca wylewka nad zlewem (działała w pozycjach 0 lub 1) - brak miejsca na kosmetyczkę w łazience - głośno trzaskające drzwi na korytarzu - śniadanie w innym budynku i raczej średnie...
Minden rendben volt, jól éreztük magunkat, nagyon otthonos volt.

− Було вказано без передплати, але через 3 години після бронювання, готель намагався зняти гроші з картки. Бронювали 2 окремих номера на четверих. Один був зручний, а інший по розміру як на одного. Поруч були вільні номери, але адміністратор проігнорувала прохання навіть за доплату.
